As studies show, ice-cream was actually invented by the Chinese over 5000 years ago. Frozen cream and ice form the base of these deserts and added sugar as well as flavours is what makes it wonderful because about 5000 years from now, people could’ve never even thought about mixing ice with sugar and spices but now there are so many flavours such as Gelato manufacturing that people just love binging on this desert.
According to scientists, you can actually tell the personality of a person by the choice that they make in regards to the flavour of these deserts. The ones who like vanilla a lot are mostly down to the earth and strawberry lovers are known to be wise.
They used to get snow from the mountains and stored it into the ground after which they added honey, wine, spices and fruits to the mixture. Moreover, if one of the partners like Mocca and the other one likes chocolate, their relationship is sure to doom. It seems really funny, but science has it and this has been proven after studies and researches.
Initially, it was kind of a sorbet but later on they also discovered that ice can be compressed and made into something even better that we now know as ice-cream. Gelato manufacturing is also an example and this was actually discovered by the Italians which is why, the world believes that this desert was actually invented by the Italians.
